1 small jar instant coffee
4 cups sugar
4 cups boiling water
12 quarts milk
½ gallon vanilla ice cream
½ gallon chocolate ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix coffee, sugar, and water. (This may be kept in refrigerator indefinitely.)

2. Stir this mixture into milk and pour over ice cream when ready to serve. Serves 75.
