1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 3/4 cups salsa, divided
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese, divided
1 package (12 oz) jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook beef; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup salsa; simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in 1 cup cheese.

Fill pasta shells with 1 tablespoon meat mixture. Place shells in 13 x 9 baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Spoon remaining salsa over shells; top with remaining cheese.

Cover dish with foil; bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
