20 meatballs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 larage onion, chopped
1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.

With paper towels, pat hash browns dry. Stir into soup mixture. Transfer to greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

Arrange meatballs over top, pressing lightly into mixture. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Uncover, and bake 15 minutes longer.
