1 (2 lb) package frozen southern style hash-brown potatoes
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

In dish, combine potatoes and cheese; toss to mix.

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour; cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add milk, salt, onion powder, pepper and nutmeg; mix well. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Pour over potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for 55-65 minutes.
