1/2 c. margarine
1-1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 T. milk
1 unbaked pie shell
1 T. vinegar
1-1/4 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. salt
2 T. cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Then add milk, cornmeal, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º and bake until set about 40 minutes.
