1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
3-4 green onions
2 stalks celery
1 pack chicken livers
1 pack turkey necks
1 pack gizzards
Cooked rice
1 Jar of Oysters
Season to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil livers, gizzards & turkey necks until tender. (Season the water) Set aside to cool. (Reserve stock)
Brown ground beef and pork and then add the onion. Cook until the onions are clear. Chop livers, gizzards and meat from turkey necks. Grind all the meats until crumbly then add to the ground beef and pork mixture. Add seasonings to taste. Cover and let mixture cook together for a while then add some of the reserved stock enough to cover the mixture. Cover and let cook down. Add 1 jar of oysters(drained). Let cook for another 20-30 minutes and then add as much pre cooked rice to your liking. Mix well.
