1 lb Pork Sausage
1 c Onion (chopped)
1/3 c Green Pepper (chopped)
2 tbl Flour
1 6oz Tomato Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
4 oz Chedder Cheese (cubed)
1/2 c Black Olives (sliced)
2 pkgs Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook sausage, onion and pepper in a skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly. Stir in flour, mix in next 4 ingredients. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and olives. Spread evenly in a 9 inch square pan. Prepare muffin mix according to directions; spread over sausage. Bake 30-35 mins. Let stand in pan 5 mins; loosen edges. Invert onto plate. Serve immediately.
