Various Cut up Chicken pieces (washed and cleaned)
2 1/2 cups of buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 bag of crushed up Bar-B-Que potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the chicken pieces in the eggs and buttermilk for several hours in the refrigerator. Mix together in a large plastic baggy the flour, celery salt, pepper and Bar-B-Que chips. Lightly drain chicken and drop the chicken in the plastic baggy and shake it up and make sure that the chicken is coated well. Fry at 325 degrees for about an hour or until tender.
