1 1/2 Tbs kosher salt, 1 1/2 Tbs pure ancho or mulato chile powder, 1 1/2 tsp coarsely cracked black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin
