3 dozen hot peppers
1 qt mustard
1 qt cider vinegar
3 to 6 c sugar
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut top of of hot peppers. Leaving seeds in, run through food processor. Use vinegar from recipe if needed to help puree peppers. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Add 1 cup flour mixed with 1 cup water like gravy. Mix with peppers and cook until thick stirring all the time for 10 minutes. You can hot pack, if jars and lids are hot and jars will seal. Or put in jars and process in canner for 5 minutes.

This is hot! I had a hard time adding 6 cups of sugar, so I added 3 cups and everyone seemed to like it. So experiment if you like hot foods.
