1 pt. heavy whipping cream
salt to taste
1/2 to 1 jar horseradish (to taste)

Beat cream and salt until almost stiff. Fold in horseradish. Serve with beef.

Aunt Tete (Uncle Chuck's sister) gave me this recipe that her mother (my grandma) used to serve. It is delicious with a good beef roast. I serve it with Prime Rib for Christmas.
