4 c peaches,
1 t lemon juice,
1 c self rising flour,
1 c sugar,
1 egg,
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sliced peaches in lightly greased casserole dish and add lemon juice. In separate bowl mix sugar, flour and egg til crumbly. (I usually cut it with 2 knives til mixed). Spread crumbled mixture over peaches. Pour butter over top and bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.

This recipe was acquired at a peach grove in South Carolina on the way to the beach with the Smiths. It is always a big hit.
