Dressing - 1/2 c white vinegar, 1 c sugar, 1 c oil, 2 T soy sauce,

Noodle mixture - 1 c sunflower seeds, 1/2 c slivered almonds, 4 pkgs ramen noodles, 1/4 c butter

1 head bok choy, 1 head napa cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing. Combine noodle mixture on large cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 5-10 minutes.
In large bowl, cut up 1 head bok choy and 1 head napa cabbage. Just before serving add dressing and seed mixture to your taste. Store remaining dressing in frig and seed mixture in air tight container.
