3 cups White Sugar
1 cup Salad Oil - Vegetable or Canola Oil
4 Eggs
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 1/3 cups All Purpose Unsifted Flour
2/3 cup Cold Water
2 cups Pumpkin (1 small can)
2 cups Walnuts or Pecans Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil and eggs, mix well.

Combine dry ingredients. Add to sugar mixture, mix well. Add water, mix well.

Add pumpkin and nuts, mix well. *Raisins may be added, if desired.

Pour mixture into 2 greased loaf pans, and 1 small greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º about 60 minutes until tester comes out clean. For smaller loaf pans bake about 50 minutes.
