1 pre-baked pie crust
10 oz. raspberries
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. whole raspberries
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
4 oz. white chocolate
2 eggs
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Puree raspberries and strain out seeds. Combine cornstarch and sugar. Add pureed raspberries. Cook until thick and bubbling. Pour into crust. Arrange berries in the puree, cool. Meanwhile, carefully melt the white chocolate (microwave on low works well). Beat butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Add melted white chocolate. Add eggs one at a time beating on high 3 minutes after each. Spread over berries. Chill for at least 1 hour. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with butter. Spread thin layer over pie. Chill
