Ingredients:  
35-50 Hot peppers ( such as Hungarian Semi-hots),1 qt vinegar, 1 qt mustard, 6 c sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 1/2 c flour, 1 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers seeds & all. Mix in vinegar, mustard, sugar & salt. Bring to a boil. Mix flour & water. Slowly add to pepper mixture. Bring to a boil. Boil & stir 5 minutes. Wash jars & leave wet. Put on cookie sheet upside down & place in heated 250º oven until jars heated hot. Put pepper mixture in jars & seal.
