1/2 c oil
1/4 lemon juice
1 teas salt
1 teas marjoram
1 teas thyme
1/2 teas pepper
1 glove of crushed & minced garlic
1/2 c onions, chopped
1/4 c parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat (roast, or steak) in a zip lock bag. Mix all together and pour over meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours and then cook as desired.
