4 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 T. butter
2 tsp. grated onion
2 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Turn into a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan; mix melted butter and crumbs. Place over mixture. Bake uncovered, at 375º for 30-40 minutes. This may be assembled the day before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
