9 cups ww flour (can use white)
1 cup brown sugar or honey (can use white)
1/2 cup gluten pwd
1 cup potato flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp salt
4 Tbsp (1/4 cup) dry yeast
5 1/2 cups hot water
1/2 cup melted butter
later add 4-5 cups white flour (I usually add 4 1/2).

Directions:
Place wheat, sugar, gluten, potato falkes, salt and yeast in Bosch bowl. Melt butter and add to hot water, then add to bowl. Mix on low for 30 sec, then high for 3 mins. Add white flour gradually until dough comes away from sides of bowl cleanly. Knead on high for 8 minutes from the time you started adding white four. Empty dough onto counter and cover with clean cloth, while you clean up your mess (about 10 min.) Cut dough into 6 equal pieces; shape into loaves; place in greased bread pans and place in oven to rise. Once dough has risen to desired height (about double in size---45 mins), turn oven to 350º and set timer for 25-30 mins. Turn hot bread out of pans onto side to cool. Rub butter on tops of loaves and eat warm. YUM!!!

This recipe is adapted from JD's sister Sheila and can be cut down to make fewer loaves. If you don't have a Bosch, just do the best you can kneading with whatever you do have. Enjoy :)
