1 C sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix together and pour into a 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.

For variety, I like to add a small jar of green chilis, canned corn (drained) or some pepper jack cheese. Yum!
