1 1/2 C white corn syrup
3 C brown sugar
1/2 C margarine or butter
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 gallons popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix syrup and sugar and bring to boil. Stir in milk and continue cooking until it comes to a boil. Add butter, continue stirring and cook until soft ball stage (225º). Divide popcorn in half and add caramel to half. Mix well and continue adding popcorn and caramel until covered.

Slightly addicting, even for those of us who don't like caramel corn. Super soft & perfect for Halloween parties.
