6 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbl. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
2/3 c. mushrooms, sliced and steamed for 5 min.
2 pkg. pillsbury crescent rolls
1 box stuffing mix
chicken broth or canned gravy

Directions:

Mix together cream cheese, butter, and pepper; gently fold in chicken, and mushrooms. Roll out each crescent roll into a thin triangle. Place 1/4 c. mixture in center of triangle. Fold up corners of roll and pinch to seal. Dip in melted butter and roll in crushed stuffing mix. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15-25 minutes at 375º. Thicken broth for gravy; serve pillows topped with gravy.
