6 pieces salmon filet
1 qt. water
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. of dill weed

White Wine Sauce:
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup Chablis or other favorite wine
2 tbsp. dill weed (or to taste)
1/2 cup heavy cream
lemon juice (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat water, salt, and dill weed to boiling. Add 3
pieces salmon filet, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
Remove filets with slotted spatula. Repeat with 3 more steaks
in same cooking water. Top with white wine sauce. May be
served cold or warm.

White Wine Sauce: In saucepan melt butter or margarine and
blend in flour. Cook and stir well; add wine, lemon juice, and
dill weed (you might want to add a little salt). Stir vigorously to
smooth. Add cream, using just enough to make a sauce of
medium consistency.
