3/4 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

MOUSSE:
1 (8 oz) Pkg Cream Cheese
1 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 lb Chocolate Candy Bar (shaved)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
16 oz. Container Cool Whip
1/4 Cup Cocoa

CAKE:
Melt 1/2 cup butter in boiling water. Combine with sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, vanilla, salt, egg and mayonnaise. Pour into a well greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely in pan.

MOUSSE:
Cream together cream cheese and butter or margarine until smooth. Combine with sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Fold into 1/3 container Cool Whip. Pour on top of completely cooled cake. Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with chocolate curls. Let chill 4 hours before serving.

Shaving curls can be done with a potato peeler. Candy must be at room temperature.
