1 qt. Kosher dill pickles
1 cup sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and wash pickles 3 times in cool running water. Slice pickles into a bowl. Add sugar, mustard seed, and garlic. Stir, turning pickles 2-3 times. Leave at room temperature for 12 to 14 hours or overnight. Pour pickles and juice into a mason jar. Refrigerate.
