4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups crisco
3 eggs
1 qt. applesauce
3 tsp baking soda
1 box raisins
1 1/2 cup black walnuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup flour with raisins. Mix soda with applesauce. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix sugar and crisco together. Beat until smooth. All eggs. Beat well. Add applesauce and soda mixture. Add raisins and flour. Mix well. Stir in nuts and dry ingredients. Bake for 1- 1 1/2 hrs. at 350º.
