1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp pepper
6 med russet potatoes (peeled, diced, cooked)
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1 cup seasoned croutons, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup cheese, sour cream, soup, and pepper. Mix well. Stir in potatoes and onions. Pour into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 mins. In small bowl, combine remaining cheese and croutons. Sprinkle potatoes with mixture and return to oven. Bake uncovered for 10-15 mins until golden brown.
