1 Boxed Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Can Mandarin Oranges With Juice
1 Teaspoon Vanilla


ICING:
1 Large Box Whipping Cream
1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Can Crushed Pineapple With Juice
1 Cup Nuts, Optional

CAKE:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, oranges, and vanilla together and bake according to directions on cake mix box.

ICING:
Whip whipping cream. Fold in instant vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Add nuts, if desired.
