1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
4 skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 bottle Marsala wine, reserve 1/2 cup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 med onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish, mix flour, spices, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken in flour mixture- reserve flour. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken from pan and saute onions and garlic. Add mushrooms and marsala wine, reserving 1/2 cup Marsala, and stir. Mix reserved flour and 1/2 cup Marsala wine. Stir well to remove lumps. Add mixture to pan to thicken sauce. Add chicken, cover, and simmer for 25 mins, stirring often. Serve over angel hair pasta.
