1/2 gal. hot or mild pepper rings chopped
8 c. chopped onion
4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. lemon juice
6 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. accent

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetable oil,lmon juice,garlic salt,oregano,basil,dill weed and accent.
Blend or mix well.
Put in 1/2 gal. jar add 2 c. onion 1c. peppers 2 c.
onion 1 c. peppers till jar is full or 1 in. from top.
Stir and top off with juice from peppers. Put lid on tight and turn over every couple hrs. for 24 hrs. then refridgerate. Best if made 1 week ahead of use
