1 can Red Sockeye Salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. grated onion,
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

chopped pecans
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain, clean and flake 1 can red sockeye salmon.
Add cream cheese, grated onion, salt,
lemon juice, horseradish, and liquid smoke.

Mix to blend, add salt & pepper to taste, adjust other ingredients to your particular taste, cover and chill till firm.
When firm, pour a mixture of chopped pecans and fresh chopped parsley on sheet of wax paper in a rectangular shape.
Form salmon in same shape & roll in above mixture.
Place on platter, serve with crackers.
