1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Saltines, coarsely crushed (about 10)
1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine egg milk, onion, chili powder, salt and worcesteshire sauce. Mix in cracker crumbs. Add beef; mix well. Shape into six patties, about 1/2 inches thick. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook patties in oil flipping about every 5 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Cover with ketchup.
