1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 1/4 c chopped onion,
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp country-style Dijon mustard

Relish
1 tsp dill seed, 1 tsp mustard seed, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp country-style Dijon mustard, 1 c thinly sliced cucumber (1 medium), 1 c thinly sliced ripe tomatoes (2 medium), 1 c thinly sliced red oinion, separated into rings

Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white. In medium bowl stir together ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp mustard. Form into 6 large 1/4 inch thick patties; set aside. In medium bowl combine all relish ingredients except cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Add vegatables; toss to coat. Place hamburgers on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness (10 to 15 minutes for medium). Spoon relish on hamburgers.
