10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg knorr's dry vegetable soup mix
1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 T parmesean cheese
2 T chopped onions

Mix well and chill. Put in center of hollowed out loaf of round pumpernickel bread.
