6 Cups Celery, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. Pimento
1 Can Water Chestnuts, drained, diced
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Almonds, slivered
3/4 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Cups Nabisco French Onion Crackers,
crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil celery for 4 minutes or until slightly crisp. Combine first 4 ingredients and place in casserole dish. Fry almonds in butter until toasted and toss with cracker crumbs. Spread cracker mixture over celery mixture and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
