2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 c coarsely chopped diced apples - do not peel (green apples are best)
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Sift together the remaining ingredients and mix all.
Pat down entire mixture into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
