6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Drain and chill. Peel and grate into a buttered shallow baking dish. In large bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper. Spread over potatoes. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees until heated thoroughly. Just before serving, stir all ingredients together well.
