1 1/2 Lb. frozen ready-to-cook medium shrimp
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange frozen shrimp in rectangular microwaveable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 in. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp; stip. Cover tightly and microwave on high 12 to 14 min., stirring after 6 min., until done.
To serve hot, let stand 5 min. To serve cold, refrigerate about 3 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade, using slotted spoon; arrange on serving plate. Garnish with green onion tops if desired. Makes 15 servings.
