4 Pork Chops
1 Small Onion - Chopped
1/4 c. Water
1/2 c. Sour Cream
4 c. Potatoes - Sliced Thin
1 Can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (Add More If Potatoes Seem Dry)
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Sprinkle of Parsley Flakes

Brown the pork chops.

Blend sour cream with the cream of mushroom soup and water. Salt and pepper to taste.

Coat baking dish with butter or olive oil. Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce.

Top with pork chops, cover and bake at 375º for 1 1/4 hours.

Take the cover off of the baking dish during the last 1/2 hour of baking to nicely brown the top.
