Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb of veal stew meat (can use pork or chicken)
1 medium onion
1 large can of V8 juice
1 bag of noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut veal meat into small pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper (shake off excess).
Add 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
coat bottom of pan with oil and heat
brown veal pieces and add onion while browning
add V8 juice
Simmer approx 1 hour
Serve over noodles
