Ingredients:  
1/2 c. wild rice
6 c. water
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. shredded onions
1/2 c. diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Wash wild rice until clean. Cook in 6 cups water until done. Drain. Set aside.
Combine chicken broth, carrots, onions and celery. Bring to a boil. Then simmer and cook until vegetables are tender. Add cooked wild rice.
