6 env Knox gelatin
3 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cans coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 6 envelopes of Knox gelatin in 1 cup of water, set aside.
Dissolve 2 cups of sugar in 2 cups of water. Cook over low heat until clear. Add gelatin mixture and 2 cans of coconut milk. You can add small drops of red food coloring to desired color.
Chill until firm and serve.
