1/2 (15oz) pkg refrigerated pie crust
3/4 cup firm;y packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp bourbon
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel Ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. On a lightly floured surface, unroll pie crust. Roll pastry into a 12 inch circle. Press pie crust into a 9" pie plate, crimping edges. In a large bowl, combine sugars and eggs, beating well. Stir in melted butter. Add flour, stirring until combined. Stir in bourbon, chocolate chunks, and pecans. Pour mixture into crust, and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel topping.
