9 whole Nabisco grahams, finely crushed (about 1 ½ cups)
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
5 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together and press mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one (1) at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 325º For 1 hour and 5 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Let the cheesecake cook completely and loosen the rim of the pan. Refrigerate for at least four (4) hours or overnight. Add toppings when served if desired.
