1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) tubs Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. Vanilla.

Crust:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Mix and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and cool completely.

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Spread filling onto cooled crust.

Third Layer
Mix:
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk,
1 tsp. Vanilla.

Beat until thick, spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill until served. Note: Any flavor of pudding can be substituted.
