Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Hungry Jack Complete, Light and Fluffy Pancake mix
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on the box for the number of pancakes you want, but use milk instead of water. The consistency should be a little thinner than cake batter, but not thin like crepes. Add more milk if needed. Grease griddle with butter. Using a tablespoon, spoon a silver dollar size spoonful of the batter into griddle over med-high heat. When edges are slightly browned, flip and cook the other side. After the first batch, reduce heat to medium and continue with the rest of the batter.
