2 cups flour
2 cups sugar

1 stick margarine
1/2 cup Crisco
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup water

1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
7 tbsp milk
1/2 c pecans
1 tsp vanilla

1 box confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar together.
Boil margarine, Crisco, cocoa and water. Pour over flour and sugar mixture and stir.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Pour this mixture onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 20-30 min.

For icing, mix first 5 ingredients and boil quickly. Add 1 box sifted confectioners sugar. Cool slightly then ice cake.
