1 t salt
1 t oregano
1 clove garlic
1 sprig dill
white vinegar
water
semi-hot banana peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Into each jar add the salt, oregano, garlic and dill. Fill with cleaned and seeded peppers, cut into big strips. Cover with brine made of 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water. Seal jars.

2 gallons of vinegar to 1 bushel of peppers. Oh so good.
