1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. cool water
4 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
2c. powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Whip the jello and water for 2 minutes. Add eggs, beat 2 minutes. Add cake mix, beat 2 minutes. Add oil, beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" cake pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350º. Prick with a fork all over, beginning from center out, while hot. Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar and pour over cake.
