10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mango chutney
1/8 t. each of garlic powder, onion powder
12 flour tortillas (8-in.)

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine squeezed spinach, soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. In another bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, chopped chutney, garlic and onion powder. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Spread spinach mixture on 6 tortillas. Spread crab mixture on remaining tortillas. Place one crab tortilla over each spinach tortilla. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour. Unwrap and slice each roll in seven spiral pieces. Yield: 7 dozen. May add Provolone cheese.
